We deliver our services for both the crew and passengers during irregular circumstances ensuring that their needs are satisfied as required. In the event of flight cancellations or major delays requiring passenger welfare, we arrange the following on behalf of operator / handling agent:
- Hotel accommodation for the crew and passengers;
- Transportation of passengers to/from airport to hotel;
- Hotel, restaurant and bar expenses coordination for the passengers;
- We will send a detailed report within 24 hours after every flight. This reports contain all information regarding the booking you are required to send to the airlines.
